Avocado: For Couples

We purchased app in August for a long distance relationship, and we liked sending hugs and kisses. I noticed in November 2014, we couldn't send photos. In December 2014, app kept stopping over and over, and was not fixed until February 2015. In February 2015, can't send kisses. Junk app. Don't wasted your $20. Crappy customer service replies. And, now, in April 2015, it keeps closing again. Crappy app. In June 2015, we can't send kisses. In July 2015, still does not work. These people are frauds. They take your money and do not provide the service paid for in app.

The love affair is over. We've been together since the beginning. Before most could see your charms and talents I was there and you were on my devices. We stayed together while you matured, and even though you had your awkward moments, we still stayed together. And then a few months back you stopped speaking to me. Every time I tried to get you to open up you just shut down. Yes, on occasion you showed me notifications, but I could never get you to launch. I sought help to see if our relationship could be saved but no one wanted to help. It was clear that the support site has been abandoned. No responses from the developer and lots of people looking for help. It's now just a ghost town populated by others with the same broken relationships. The only sign of life was on your Twitter account but even that has given us the cold shoulder. We used to have something special, Avocado, but you threw it all away. UPDATE: Looks like they've wiped their support site and forums. There are no posts there and I can no longer find all the posts about the iPad app crashing, including ones I posted. They also used to have posts that were way out of date (like what was new with the Jan 2014 update) as top items. If they are so concerned about appearances trying to cover things up instead of fixing them doesn't help.

My husband and I downloaded the free version so we are able to only create five lists, but it's enough. We love the shared calendar and the shared lists to keep us both updated on anything that needs to get done or any upcoming events. This app is always our point of reference and is a life saver so we don't over book ourselves. Busy schedules or not, I recommend it for all couples.

App currently crashes whenever I click an emoticon picture on my iPhone and crashes on launch on my iPad.

Pretty cool app. It would really hit a home run if it let you create photo albums and give you a good place to store all your couples photos from trips to whatever. Then it would be a great all in one app. Would make it so much easier to navigate thru tons of photos to find the ones you want.
