3. VOIP/IM and P2P video client requiring Avaya IP Office R8.1 FP1+

This application is only supported in Avaya environments where the client can access Avaya configuration services. Please request configuration parameters from your IT administrator. ****

Avaya recommends that only headphones or headsets that offer Acoustic Shock Protection be used with the Avaya Flare¨ Experience application in conjunction with the iPad (Such as the Jabra Supreme or the Plantronics Voyager Pro)
