during installation they broke my A/C they refused to pay for repair they cancelled auto pay and then charged me for late payment the video streaming on app is late and slow… can’t wait for contract to be over to cancel i guess one star cause no choice for no star

I love the way this app works! I can access and control things fast! The update is great too! ?☺️?

AT&T I know that you're not going to let ADT beat you out on an app. Please have somebody write a decent app that runs good very light and gets the job done.

Wish the app would open a lot faster to cameras and just opening the app in general faster!! Please please please release a new update!! That loads quicker on my iPhone 6!

On my iphone 5S, this app will take anywhere from 20 seconds to 7 minutes to load. And this is after I clear the app from the cache. Not very helpful when you want to shut off your alarm -- or send an emergency signal. But it could be worse. The site for PCs not only takes forever to load, but if you make a change, like moving a program from active to on-hold, you have to stay on that page until the action completes - sometimes as much as 30 minutes. If you leave the page, the program reverts to whatever its status was when you started.
