What the heck is up with this app? Why is it running so slow? I get better results going to the full site!

I use to love this app but the recent update causes it to crash, constantly. I'm lucky if I can even get a glimpse of my account balances. I'm pretty bummed since I used this to make frequent, remote check-deposits. I'm really hoping the new update will fix this!

Almost always crashes at the PIN screen. The last update made the PIN screen like the PC-based PIN screen where you could use the "keyboard" or tap the graphic. It's a smartphone app. You already tap a screen graphic to use it even using "keyboard" mode; so that was a useless update as far as I can see. That useless but attractive looking update is probably the cause of all the crashes. Also, it needs to be updated with some convenience and common sense in mind. The login account number screen SHOULD open to the number keypad screen rather than the default, alphabetical, keypad. NO account numbers are made of letters; they are all account NUMBERS. So save us the extra step of having to switch screens before we can even login! Make the app open to the number keyboard.

I'm disappointed with the time lapse between the time I transfer funds within my accounts....3 days for it to show (shows it can out quickly, but not where it suppose to go) I can't see the transactions (payments made) on my loan account. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!
