How can you not support DND How can you not support DNDSuch poor execution here. Doesn't work if your phone is on DND (hello, isn't that a critical feature of an alarm app), randomly refuses to go off in the morning, and doesn't have great snooze functions (other alarms let you tap the phone). The alarm itself works but the app doesn't. Avoid.

Great idea – poor product. Great idea – poor product.Unfortunately, this really nice concept of a Zen alarm clock has some design flaws that make it effectively nonfunctional. It doesn't work unless your phone is active and The app is in the foreground. (so, if you were doing something like reading on your Kindle app as you went to sleep, this app won't to be active, and won't wake you up.) It doesn't work if your phone is in the "do not disturb" mode. So basically unless you're actively using your phone, this alarm clock won't wake you up. Wish I could find a way to get the money back guarantee – but that too seems to be a function that doesn't work.

The alarm does fade in and it uses loud gong noises. The alarm does fade in and it uses loud gong noises.It's just a standard alarm that is quirky in light ensuring it will be heard in the morning. The volume setup and instructions are slightly confusing. Also, the alarm does not fade in like advertised and you get to pick from 3 gong noises to wake up to. In my opinion there is nothing relaxing or subtle when waking up to a loud gong.
