  • Does not work
    The app will not let you login even if you have a valid subscription. The overseas Front of House support is very pleasant (and presumably cheap) but absolutely useless in solving the problem. And “old media” companies are wondering why they are losing money?? Seems like they need managers who understand new media and what good customer service involves.

  • Does not work
    Since ios8 was downloaded on our iPads this app freezes during login. As a subscriber of The Age, this is unacceptable. I have deleted and reloaded this app several times on my iPad mini and Air, and still no joy.

  • Was good, each update loses access?? Why?
    I've always enjoyed this app but the last few upgrades have resulted in no access despite me paying $25 per month. Not good enough. Test upgrades before you release them or I'm opting out next time it fails......disgruntled customer. Barbara

  • Unreliable
    This is probably the most unreliable App around. Often it will not download due to "network error" or it will simply freeze. Even more annoying, when tapping a headline, paragraph after paragraph filled with blocks of nonsensical letters makes reading the article almost impossible. I emailed The Age and advise them of this situation and was met with a deafening silence. Stay away from this App.
