21DayTally

This is a counter to help you keep track of the times you have used each color container per day while doing the 21 Day Fix program from Beachbody. The 21 Day Tally App allows you to input your weight and it automatically calculates your number of containers for the 21 Day Fix and Maintenance programs. It also keeps track of your teaspoons and water consumption.

The 21 Day Fix program is offered by Beachbody that focuses on eating proper food proportions and 30-minute workouts. It includes specially colored containers for each type of food. You are allocated so many of each color per day. This app helps you stay on target!
