The scanner doesn't work anymore it used to work but now it only shows a white screen and won't read vin numbers. I hope they fix this problem soon

When ordering parts over the phone, there's always that possibility of either them misunderstanding you or just not choosing the right part to send you. I find that by logging into their PC software or using their mobile app, you can see a picture of the part and order at your leisure. No hold times to put up with and any parts sent in error more than likely was due to your own mistake. Another great part is being able to order parts vin specific so that reduces the chances of ordering the wrong part even further. I like also being able to schedule returns on it, not having to call in separately for it saving you time and making it less of a hassle. That or trying to remember to mention to them during a call to order parts that you need to return something. It's just plain convenient.

Overall I love the app and how smoothly it works with the pc program. A few features I'd like to see: The ability to see all of the car info that is available in speeddial after a scan on my iPhone rather than having to walk across the shop. Re-order the history so newly scanned cars appear first. More info in the history list Turn off light and camera after successful scan Thanks for the wonderful app love it so far :)
