So close So closeThis app would be perfect but there's just one problem. If you dont do a exercise for a while it lose the information. For example. Say you get a personal best on the bench press but the injure yourself. So you start doing push up for a little while. Then you good to hit the bench again and ur like "what was I benching a couple of months ago?" the app doesn't save that info. Which is a pain. Coz I coulda just written it down 3 months ago. But nooooo. I wanted a paperless office. So close to being prefect.

Best app for working out Best app for working outI used weight lifting logs for about 20 years and always found them to be a pain to carry around this app does everything you need it to do and can be tweaked to what ever you need it to do I have tried a few others but they don't even match the flexibility that this one has. If you use your phone as a music player anyway then this is the app for you

Perfect 4 me Perfect 4 meJust what I was looking for! A simple way to log what I do in the gym without all the high tech graphs and videos etc! Everything else I looked at was complicated and full of videos on how to do exercise, nothing I would use!

Great app - hidden gem Great app - hidden gemThis is THE MOST functional workout log app I've come across. I start by inputting my workout program days and save the routines which can take a little while but in the end is totally worth it. After that I just sit back and input numbers while I listen to music in between sets. Beats carrying around a pen and paper and the app can display charts of progress once you have enough data in. Some sort of cloud storage feature would be nice but the fact that I can email workouts to myself is satisfactory and will ensure I don't completely lose my data in case something happens to my iPod. Contacted developer with a problem that was my fault and he helped me figure it out within 24hrs. Update: thanks for updates, especially the exercise moving bug. Still training with this app!
