Comprehensive on-shift resource Comprehensive on-shift resourceI'm a first year EM resident and of all the apps I've tried (seems like 50+) using during a shift I've consistently found this one to be the most useful and the one I go to first. I'm only taking away one star because the search function can be a little slow and I'm not a fan of the main layout (one giant list) that you scroll/search through. But the content is amazing which is what matters most. this could easily be a $10 app.
