This app is incredibly unreliable with the payment / checkout process. Also, it is slow to load from the server side and it takes over 7 clicks to buy a ticket (which is absurd).

Die APP stürzt im letzten Schritt der Bestellung ab, zeigt kein Ticket an, erst nachdem ein weiteres Ticket gekauft wurde. Abzocke!

Update-Problematik Update-Problematik

- kreditkartenzahlung bricht oft ab (gibt einem nicht das beste gefühl) - nach update musste die app gelöscht und neu installiert werden (ios 6->7 + app-update) - über mehrere wochen wurde eine leere e-mail als rechnung geschickt (bereits behoben) - beleuchtung wird ohne übergang auf max gestellt (dass die helligkeit erhöht werden muss, verstehe ich, aber dass dies schlagartig passiert, ist in der nacht echt nervend)

Description

For all our customers, who like to get things done with their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, the Wiener Linien offers a comfortable way to buy tickets from within the app and download tickets, which were previously purchased in the Online Ticketshop. There are absolutely no hidden fees (unless for your internet access). The tickets purchased within the app are personalized to you and valid in combination with a photo identification of yours. So we are even able to check afterwards if you were in the possession of a valid ticket in case your device was running low on battery during ticket control.
So, get the app, purchase or download a ticket and off you go!
