Our CallerID apps find the name and address listings for North American cell and land-line phones (when they exist, of course). Burner phones, Voice over IP and cable services display a "U", because they do not provide directory listings.
Once a result is found, you can add it directly to your phone's Contacts.
Also, for more than a decade, for our customers who need it, have been listing their business or personal land-line and/or mobile phone numbers in the National Directory through us, so they can be found when a customer, prospect, friend, or family member uses the Telephone Company's 411 service. When you receive an "R" or "B" (Residential or Business) result you want to keep, just press "Add to Contacts" to open your iPhone or other Contacts' app. This enables you to "Create New Contact", "Add to Existing Contact", send a "Text Message", "Share Contact", and anything else your Contacts app allows!
After you install our CallerID app, remember to register by pressing the "REG" button in the upper-right corner. The version number and your unique red Support ID are also found there.
IMPORTANT: Even if you haven't registered, you can still copy and text your Support ID code, along with your name, to 214-763-1677 if you ever have any problems, or if want to offer any suggestions for improvement you think we should know about.
