  • Why Didn't I Play This Sooner?
How incredibly clever this game is! I really underestimated it. We'll see how I feel after about a dozen bloodlines... but for now, while it's still fresh, I'm really impressed!

  • A Pit of Despair
I loathe this app, yet can't stop running it. Tiny Tower is a worthless experience that does nothing for it's user. It exploits human attachment with random reinforcement and holds a proverbial carrot in front of you with nothing worth chasing after. It is a machine designed to build an addiction for the sake of having an addiction, and offers no reward or end in sight. THIS IS NOT A GAME! IT IS A PIT OF DESPAIR! I urge you to either never start it, or to stop now that you've already begun. You will end up a much more enriched person by meeting real people, and visiting real facebook, and managing your real money, and playing games that have endings.

  • Plenty to discover
imdb is really good. Just get it. Things I'd like in future updates: 1. Perhaps don't hide the "recommended" list under lists. I had been wishing for a feature that was apparently already there. 2. Notification options are very limited. The most obvious missing is "notify me when a movie on my watchlist is playing in a theater in my selected city" imdb already has all the data it needs, you guys just need to connect the dots.

  • Email felt like a chore for 15 years
...and then Mailbox made it feel like fun! Lovely app made by a great team. Thanks for the updates and always listening!

  • Functional
Shazam is functional. It's the only really functional music-search-by-audio engine out there. It's both what makes it so valuable, and like any monopolized entity, what makes it so poorly constructed. It's hard to move around quickly in Shazam. The layout and design is distracting. Yet we put up with it! And why? Because there's nothing else like it.
