App gathers foreclosure properties from all states in one spot. No map view but you can search by county and town. App has annoying Popup screen that asks for your info BUT you can bypass by leaving the fields empty. It even says so on the Popup. It lets you filter by min/max price and beds/baths. Etc. for the below reviewer. A foreclosure property doesn't need to be "dirt cheap". A 1.5 million dollar home at 800k is still a foreclosure. You can filter results by price!

This used to work so well but since I updated to os5 all I get are popups saying "404 not found" :(

You won't get a deep dive into the history, complexity, or nuance of the English language. What you will get is the ability to quickly and easily look up basic definitions. I've yet to find a word it didn't have and I installed it for offline help with some bio lectures.

Works great. Rarely crashes. I can get my gmail. What else can a human want? :D

But the app crashes constantly on my iPod. Browsing the itunes u catalog is slow and freezes up. Accessing content is slow and sometimes it will just stop and i have to close out completely the reopen. Look, if this app isn't meant for iPods, don't offer it for iPods!! I hope it works brilliantly on the iPad...
