I have used this app alongside endomondo for 54 days and have lost 10lb of fat and gained muscle. Obviously the app itself doesn't make you lose weight, but seeing it in front of me in black and white has made me think before I eat. I have been exercising as well and I love the fact that this app can sync with exercise apps too. Has been great. I am the fittest, healthiest and lightest I've ever been as an adult (I'm now 38). Recommended.
