Could only see abstract Could only see abstractFound the citation, but only pulled up abstract. How do I get full article? In this new internet age, medical and scientific information should be available to all - especially since as a taxpayer I probably paid for most of the research.

Very good but could use some tweaks Very good but could use some tweaksGreat user interface and workflow. Excellent look and feel. It would be helpful to number references and to note those you've already saved. For someone who doesn't have access to journals through an academic affiliation it's a great alternative.
