Constantly crashes Constantly crashesHey folks, what's up with this app? It crashes constantly, doesn't stay open long enough to download purchased content, and can't stay open long enough to even view the latest issue of the Review. Very disappointed in the app which is a shame because Tricycle is a wonderful read. I hope the app's developers work out these bugs soon or I will have to cancel my digital subscription.

Can't download latest issue Can't download latest issueUpdate since my 6/14/15 review. If only zero stars were an option. Things have gone from bad to worse. Do not download and and subscribe!!! If you do you are making an irreversible donation as you will get no content. I get nothing but a blank screen for the spring issue and nothing I do changes that (technical details below)--the issue I've paid for is unavailable to me. There is no method for canceling the subscription via Newstand (ie Apple) because of the way Tricycle has their app set up (this from my contact with Apple) but when I contacted Tricycle they told me my only option was to contact Apple to cancel--so subscription can't be cancelled. I was able to download the Winter issue when it came out so I paid $27 for one issue. I was happy to see Tricycle embracing the digital revolution in publishing but very sadly their app doesn't allow viewing of their expensive content so if you buy in you've made a donation to them for nothing in return. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it twice and archived and downloaded the issue 6 times to resolve the problem with no change. The problem is very clearly with Tricycle whose return email to me after my polite email to them shows they are uninterested in helping. Really quite sad.

Could not access issue even with support Could not access issue even with supportI bought this app a month ago and was never able to access the content. After a week of sporadic customer support I was notified that the issue was resolved and the ticket was closed. I received no response to several requests to reopen the ticket and finally after ten days reapplied as if it were new. A few more rounds of support had no result. I am currently seeking a refund.
