Getting there...but still needs improvement Getting there...but still needs improvementThis app has come a long way since its release. The organization of titles can still be a bit convoluted making navigation a bit of a pain at times, but ultimately you find everything. I've found the developers are very open to feedback and any bugs I find I report them directly to the same representative. Great customer service when you discover a problem with one of your titles. Often problems are resolved within just a few hours in my experience. The launch of the app was less than spectacular, but the app is much more stable now. Compared to the earlier app, the readability for the iPhone is not as good (except the motion books, which function similarly but with the enhancements), but the experience on the iPad should be as good as the earlier app, though perhaps different. I've brought the readability issue up with the rep I stay in contact with, and I think if enough users politely ask for a format similar to the old app, which is excellent for the iPhone, users may get something similar. It will take quite a while, however, since the new developer not only had to convert/digitalize the various TF series, but the entire IDW catalog for which an app exists. This is why on day one some titles and collections weren't available or there were problems restoring them. The roll-out could have been much better, but Madfire seems open and determined to bring users an app and the readability they desire. I also suggest that if you own a title that has a corresponding Motion Book, restore it (often for free) and compare. Still a ways to go, but I think they'll get there, and I think the main issue is with the iPhone.

An unfortunate step backward An unfortunate step backwardThis was a great app. Then the update happened and now there is no panel by panel view. Also the support for Comixology was dropped so I can no longer get my collection over to my tablet. Very disappointed.

Fixing needed Fixing neededI really loved this app before it was updated. It's still good I guess but I really missed the panel by panel transition but I don't like how they removed that, plus on some of my volumes, some pages are ether missing or out of place. Please bring back the panel feature and to fix the page issues
