Not a replacement for Magic Trackpad Not a replacement for Magic TrackpadIt connects pretty easily if you follow the directions and it works, but it’s not a suitable replacement for an actual Magic Trackpad. You can’t do three-finger touch tap controls (like tapping to define a word or dragging to highlight text). Plus, the general feel of the glass screen just doesn’t quite compare to the trackpad on the Macbook

Best of class, in a saturated field Best of class, in a saturated fieldThere are too many wireless trackpad/keyboard apps. This is the best. It works exactly the way it should without installing any software on your Mac. (You can even adjust the cursor sensitivity and change the scrolling direction from within the app!) To be perfect, I would ask for the following minor improvements: 1. Add support for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus screen resolutions so the app better makes use of these screens. 2. Dismiss the “Authenticating” popup faster (after locking with the app open, then unlocking, you can actually control the cursor and keyboard before the popup is gone. I’d rather this dialogue be turned into a dropdown info bar, like the “Connected to Computer” bar. 3. If possible, maintain a persistent connection using a background service so “Authentication” is not necessary after locking/unlocking or switching apps. Excellent App, worth every penny!

International keyboards support bug International keyboards support bugNow "works" on iPad but iPhone still does not provide shift for multiple selection and back grounding the app disconnects immediately so if you need to check another app for something the app needs to reconnect which for some reason now is much slower than before the redesign. It was a nice, simple, extremely useful app and change has provided no improvement and made some things worse: using the full phone surface as a touch pad more complex, no landscape (which was there before!!), no shift support. Why change something that was quite good. And the previous bug is still there. International keyboards support bug. International keyboard mapping is not well supported. I use the app with a MacMini which is configured in Spanish. While mouse control is great, I cannot correctly introduce texts because the mapping of the keys isn't right (y press ' and my Mac shows &)
