TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival

The TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival takes place in Vancouver, BC from June 21, 2013 to July 1, 2013 and is Canada’s second largest jazz festival drawing over half a million patrons each year. The festival features over 300 concerts (150 free) in 35 venues across Vancouver’s Lower Mainland and North Shore including the Downtown Jazz Opening Weekend and the David Lam Park Jazz Closing Weekend.

The festival is produced by The Coastal Jazz and Blues Society, a charitable arts organization located in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Society's mission is to not only increase the appreciation of the music, but to strengthen the arts community by developing special projects, artistic exchanges, partnerships, educational initiatives, community programs, and collaborations that further the art form. Our vision encompasses a wide spectrum of jazz, blues, world, creative, and improvised music, including evolving forms of jazz and the technologies and media that influence jazz as an art form.
