The timer works okay but the noise it makes is screechy and so it was a waste of money for me. Workout is supposed to relieve stress, not create more with sound pollution. Sorry I paid for it

Simply the best app for training at home, at the gym or outside. Work and rest and get fit in no time. The app has no flaws I can think of. It just works.

I have a few tabata/interval timers and I like the clean interface of this timer. I also like that you can touch anywhere on screen to pause. With some modifications this could be a great design for an interval timer.

Description

The Tabata Interval Timer is more than just a tabata timer or a simple interval timer. The app defaults to the standard Tabata Protocol, but the user is able to set variable lengths of work and rest time, plus the number of rounds. A large numeric display allows you to quickly glance at your progress with ease. Countdown beeps also help you track your progress leading up to work and rest periods without having to keep an eye on the clock.
