Garbage GarbageThis app is complete garbage. Crashes constantly, and doesn't show virtually any data for transponders or vehicles. Pretty much only useful for checking balance & viewing some recent activity. Stick to the website (full version, not the mobile version) for actual useful tools. (Using on an iPhone 6, with iOS 8.3)

hmm... hmm...it is buggy and its functionality severely limited, as some people have said. i sold one vehicle and bought another, added the new one to my SunPass account through the mobile website, and then discovered there was indeed an app for this, and decided to give it a try for deleting the vehicle i'd sold. i told it to delete the old vehicle and got an alert saying, "Unable to modify vehicle. Please contact customer service." i grumbled and tried a couple more times, with the same result; then when I happened to navigate away from my vehicle list and back, i found the old vehicle had been deleted after all. my new car, added through the mobile website, shows up in the app, but without any particulars (year, make, etc.). so i go to add them and the first problem i encounter is that the model year menu only goes up to 2014 (it's July 2015 now, which means 2015 models have been available for around a year). undeterred (well, *somewhat* undeterred), i add the rest of the information for my new car, tap "submit", and voilà!: "Unable to modify vehicle. Please contact customer service." and this time it appears to be true. *sigh...* so in my efforts to contact customer service, i go to the app's "More..." menu, tap "Contact Us", and am taken to...a completely blank page. as happens when i tap anything else under the "More..." menu except the one thing that offered to take me to an external website (i didn't take it up on its offer, so I can't say whether that works or not). the whole thing is very sloppy and limited in what it can do...much like the regular website, except worse. we can hope they'll get someone technically competent in to shape the app up, but such action doesn't seem to be a strength of any state government that oversees these toll programs. New York/New Jersey's E-Z Pass site, for example, while it's a lot better than SunPass's, is still pretty ugly (can you say, "ALL CAPS EVERYWHERE?") and user-unfriendly. maybe one day...

App crashes App crashesApp crashes when you make a history search. If your lucky enough not to have it crash, it tells you there is no history on the account.
