Inaccurate & unreliable! Inaccurate & unreliable!My first stress reading was 73% and labeled 'Extremely' high! As I kept re measuring during the day my stress level went down from 73% to 31%, but was still labeled 'Extremely' high! Really? Makes absolutely no sense! Back to the drawing board y'all!

handy but not always accurate handy but not always accurateNice to have something free that can measure stress without needing a heart monitor. But I think when the pulse gets higher it becomes less accurate when compared to other apps. I wish I could see the raw HRV score.
