Search not working Search not workingSearch for a ticket that has info I need. Search lists potential tickets, I see the ticket that has the info I need (ticket 3466) and click on it, app opens ticket 5455. Search no longer works. This update is currently useless. Wish I hadn't updated. Please fix

Not worth your time Not worth your timeI loaded the app, entered my login credentials, successfully connected to our server, searched for a ticket number, clicked on the ticket, this App displayed the content for the *wrong ticket*. Consistently. Enough said.

Nice Recovery Nice Recovery7/2/2015 review- Updated server version from 7.4.00065 to 7.4.00070. Connection works and is fast. Back on track spice heads. 6/25/2015 review- Previous version was sweet. Able to create a ticket on the fly in no time. New version.. Can't even connect to server. What happened?
