Frustrated... Frustrated...I am a new consultant and I was so excited to try out my macro exfoliator and track my progress with the companion app. I was really disappointed to discover that it will not let me login to the app as it keeps rejecting the activation code on the box. Hopefully this issue can get fixed soon!!

Contact your consultant if you have issues! Contact your consultant if you have issues!A good consultant will take the time to contact support for you! The code itself is on a small white sticker on the bottom of the box. If, however, the code doesn't work, contact your consultant or email support for a new one. Once I got a new code from support, I was able to log in.

Activation code??? Activation code???Anyone know how to find the activation code for this? Would love to use it but nothing on box works as a code. Any advice?

Not impressed yet. Not impressed yet.Purchased the exfoliator recently but haven't tried it yet. Decided to download this app. Neither of the numbers on the box was accepted as an activation code, so I called. Wasted 26 min on hold for "macroexfoliator support" before hanging up.
