ReceiptMatch from American Express OPEN

Simplify your receipt management.

ReceiptMatch is a business tool included with Business Cards from American Express OPEN that digitally matches and stores images of your receipts to your online statement so you can easily manage them from anywhere using your desktop or mobile devices.

HOW THE APP WORKS:

Introducing the new ReceiptMatch with QuickBooks®, helping you manage expenses as you go. With ReceiptMatch and Sync with QuickBooks, you can tag, approve and send transaction data to QuickBooks. Your expenses keep moving forward directly into QuickBooks so there is no end-of-the-month pile up.

Snap – Snap a photo of your Business Card receipt, add any notes, and tag it for easy categorization.

Match – Business Card receipts are scanned for information like the purchase date and amount to be matched to your transactions.

Manage – Once the receipt is matched, you can view and print your stored receipt images, notes, and transaction details from your online statement.

Sync with QuickBooks – Label your receipts with one of your QuickBooks Expense Categories, Customer:Jobs, or Classes. Once your receipts are matched, your QuickBooks labels will be displayed in the QuickBooks area of your Online Statement. You or your Authorized Account Managers can approve and transfer categorized transaction data directly into QuickBooks.

In the same app, you can also manage spending limits on your employees’ Cards, set alerts, view basic account information, and access one tap help support.

Just log in with the same user ID and password you use to access your American Express OPEN account online.
