Quran Reader offers English translation and commentary from Sheikh Mawdudi's "Toward Understanding the Quran", French translation and Tafseer in Arabic (Tafseer Al-Jalalain). You can also switch to translation/tafseer only mode for those interested on studying the Quran intently.
