"Portions" lets you enter and track your food consumption, using the Canada Food Guide as a benchmark for daily recommended intake. "Portions" is divided into three screens that allow you to enter or to view your portions.

The "Entry" screen allows you to enter your food intake and weight for any day. You enter your portions for the four food groups: fruit & vegetables, grain products, dairy, and protein.
