PocketReef

PocketReef is a handy reference guide for marine hobbyists that serves to help aquarists make more informed purchases and prevent disaster in the reef tank as we all take a unified step towards responsible reefing. Vital information such as minimum tank size, reef compatibility, flow and lighting requirements for corals, and many other pre-purchase facts for fish, coral, invertebrates, and marine algae are incorporated! Included are crucial livestock purchasing tips and behavioral signs to look out for when choosing livestock at the local fish store. Best when viewed with Retina display. WiFi or 3G is necessary to view the images. Images WILL load with an Edge connection but it will be as painful as waiting for your tank to cycle. Look for a major update during Summer 2011 with more animals, search function, and product reviews!

* Coral image icons in lower right are flow and placement. Flow propellers 1,2,3 signify strength. Placement A,L,M,H signify All, Low/Sandbed, Mid-level, and High placement, respectively.
