Don't get this one Don't get this oneI've loved all the other apps by this maker but this one just isn't working correctly anymore. The voices don't sync up when the doors open and the spoken title is spoken in the middle of the game play. I was also disappointed the whole game is in an elevator. Just not an overall good experience.

Probably a good app but can't see it Probably a good app but can't see itDownloaded this app and the people were covered up by giant elevator numbers. Something must have gone wrong in the download. :( trying again, but annoyed I have to pay again.

Kid likes it, I don’t because…. Kid likes it, I don’t because….As kids, both my husband and I liked Richard Scarry books, so we were excited to share this with our son. The original description I read made me expect that my child could open an elevator to see a character, then maybe a door, then maybe a window curtain, etc. Nope. Just an elevator. The speed is set and the characters cycle through until all have been presented, but it’s extremely passive. My child just clicks the doors open about every 45 seconds. With so little interaction it might as well be a video. My child likes it (almost 3) but I’ve only seen him choose to play it about 10 times and we’ve had it for a few months. As a kid, I didn’t realize how traditional (sexist?) the characters were but like another reviewer said about the teacher and ballerina, it is kind of outdated.
