Lost Everything. No response from company. Beware!

I used this program seamlessly for over a year, putting every password I ever had onto it. I synced it across my iPhone and iPads just to make sure I had it in several places. I made sure my iCloud back up settings were correct. Then, I put my whole life onto this program. It became an invaluable tool to me. Then, two weeks ago I opened it up to find all of my passwords gone. I contacted the company and waited for a response. I googled the company to try to find a phone number to call them directly. I did everything I could to extract the data from iCloud or wherever else it could possibly be stored. I lost everything and I will never recommend this app to anyone. The company has never responded to my inquiries.

Lost all my data! Lost all my data!

I have been using the app for a while, and liked it very much for its simplicity. I had it installed in Ipad and Iphone, and it allways synced properly all the data. Suddenly, i lost all the data both in Ipad and in Iphone. No recovery from iCloud was possible. Do not recommend.

Not formatting well in IOS 8 Not formatting well in IOS 8

Fix iOS 8 issue please. Not only am I asking but it appears many other are too. I've switched to another password mgr until the formatting issue is resolved.

Easiest password app to use!! Easiest password app to use!!

I had this app on my old phone and loved it. I tried 2 different apps on my new phone that were way too complicated for what I needed. I deleted both and went back to trusty old Pass Vault. Also, the iCloud back up works great.
