The App company seems very responsive to customer's issues. Received an email next day telling me how to solve the problem, even though the promo code given didn't work, I saw the credit right after my second purchase. Haven't made international calls and don't know if they are truthful on rate charges, will see.-- called a couple of times, works well and the promised promo adjustment made.
