Terrible! Terrible!I guess the app is okay...I only used it a few times. However, O'Connor has less to be desired! If you want to walk in and pay sticker price for a vehicle while getting next to nothing for your trade, this is the place for you!! I heard a customer say to a sales lady that he wanted to go home and think about the truck he was interested in and she told him he couldn't leave! She was serious!! My husband and I couldn't believe our ears. Think hard before you waste hours of your life trying to deal with these people.
