The first step. The first step.A good app, but only a first step. Needs to be refined heavily. How about the ability to launch the program on the tutor machine if it's not already launched. The UI needs refining and more lockout/control features. Would like the font and interface to look more professional. Live thumb views are also a good idea for those with iPads (which a lot of schools do). A step in a good direction.

Doesn't Work Doesn't WorkIt is a nice concept, but lacks execution. The application does not connect to anything. I checked the NetSupport Technical Library only to find that the version of NetSupport School (V10.60.2) that the district purchased isn't listed on the site as a valid selection.

Disappointing - especially lack of multitask Disappointing - especially lack of multitaskPros: Nice to have Netsupport on iPad. Don't have to be at a computer to view clients. More than one tutor/teacher can view clients if they have iPads. We have one PC and 2 iPads for 3 teachers. No bugs as of yet Cons: Disconnects immediately upon switching apps or being locked. I feel like I am in the Stone Age here. I can't multitask or let my iPad lock after some non-use. The whole point is to be able to occasionally monitor students. You want to be able to do other things on the iPad but you can't unless you're content with disconnecting and reconnecting every time. There is NO WAY the developer was content with this. He or she was just too LAZY OR RUSHED to implement it. No "control" or "share" mode, just "view" mode. Easy to inadvertently lock all computers because lock button is in top corner. Cant choose to lock just one computer, only all at once. Lacks just about every feature on netsupport. Can't listen to audio, can't chat, can't launch apps or help students in anyway. - Boarding School Curriculum Developer and Tutor

A must for all teachers A must for all teachersFinally I can get into the classroom and support my students and still maintain a level interaction with the class. No more running backwards and forwards to my desk to see what they are up to. and I can lock their machines at the touch of a button, great for classroom control.
