  • What's the point?
    I don't see any point in this app other than to pay the bill. And I'm only able to log in when I'm on my home wifi network. I would assume that was for security reasons if it actually had more functions but there's not much here at all.

  • Terrible App
    As explain from the other MyADT app users this app is useless.

  • Not a useful app
    Every time I try to login it says my phone is in airplane mode (which is not true) and I have to try twice to login. Then when in the app I cannot even change any phone numbers, there is always an error. Terrible app, I don't recommend anyone getting it.

  • Disappointment!
    This is an absolutely terrible app. Poorly thought out and extremely poorly executed. The login screen does not allow for enough characters to login with the email address that I have registered with ADT. I have NEVER had an issue with my email address being too long before. When you try to resister and input your account info, it tells you an unexpected error has occurred. It then tells you that you are in airplane mode with no internet connection. Not true. I have a strong connection and don't have any trouble accessing the Internet or any other apps. Save time and frustration. Do not download this terrible app. Waste of time.

  • *****App is USELESS****
    Downloaded the app hoping to pay my bill through it.... I couldn't even get logged in after I registered. Same as with the rest of the reviews on here- asks for wifi when I'm on wifi and says turn off airplane mode when I'm clearly not on airplane mode. USELESSSSSSSSSS!!!! Deleted!
