In the mortgage business In the mortgage businessThis app isn't bad if you understand what you're looking at. I work as a mortgage lender for a bank. We use mortgagebot for our online applications and it's a great program. The problems I have with this app are that there were no local lenders. Only banks that ive never heard of. The second thing was the closing cost. All rates were with no points but the closing cost were very high which leads me to believe that there is probably an origination fee in the cost (ussually 1%). I would consider that to be 1 point. I'm going to use this app to show customers how competitive our rates are!!

Loan type Loan typeIt does show 15 year fixed... ALL YOU have to do is change the setting by clicking anywhere in the loan type box!! Sheesh! Great App!!!!!

Needs work! Needs work!No 15 year mortgages and limited lenders. What were they thinking when they made this App?
