Disappointing DisappointingWhen you pay for an app you expect it to work. Unfortunately, this app doesn't work half the time. Then when you contact them they make it seem like no big deal. How about letting the customer know what you are doing to fix it and how long might that take. But instead the answer is "yeah we know about it. It's a coding issue." If I could get my money back I would.
