Sorry! Sorry! Sorry! App Sorry! Sorry! Sorry! AppThe app hasn't worked ever since I downloaded it. In the episodes screen it only shows March 1, 2010 for all shows, with no new one showing at all. I wrote to Chuck; he replied the first time with he would fix it, but not since. Two months later and it still doesn't work. I even emailed Wizzard Media about the problem, but no reply. I'm a very unhappy camper, so I even deleted the podcast from my iTunes. Just hated the entire mess!!!

An email I sent to Chuck Joiner... An email I sent to Chuck Joiner...Hey Chuck, I noticed that you had an iPhone app, MacVoices v1.7.3, and so I took a chance and bought it. Wow, what a mistake it appears to have been. In your app on my iPhone 4 I have simply a listing of shows such as "MV767.mp3 Monday, March 1, 2010 -undefined-" and the range is from MV767 down to show MV515. The shows are not all in order nor do any have any description such as that shown on the iTunes page. There are also missing shows in that range in spite of my selecting the "50 More Episodes" 6 times and the resulting final "17 More Episodes" once. The only exceptions to the label style are two shows; "MacVoicesUpdate120206" and "MWSpecial." I am not certain what the point of the star is but if I select it I can download a show, although it can take a very long time over my WiFi. If the show is downloaded then selecting the star brings up an option to Remove or Purge the show. Selecting the Remove button brings up a dialog box which states "This will remove the downloaded content for the episode" and there are 2 buttons labeled "Purge" and Cancel." OK, so I had an initial choice to Remove or Purge and I chose to Remove but the result was that I could select a Purge button after I was told that this would remove the content. Interesting... So what happens when I select the Cancel button and then, in the initial screen, choose the Purge button as opposed to the Remove button? Well, I get a dialog box which says, "This will remove the downloaded content for the episode" and offers 2 buttons; Purge and Cancel. Very interesting... Two ways to do the exact same thing using synonyms. Gee, thanks, but I would rather have my app have some of the features shown in the iTunes screenshots. I was hoping to be able to listen to recent episodes, such as #1097 or #1095 but I can't figure out how to get them. There is no Help button per se but pressing the "Contact @" icon displays a Visit Website or Troubleshooting icon choice. The latter brings up a listing of 4 items in the second smallest font size I have ever seen on an iPhone. Thank goodness I have the Retina display. "Playback issues/Where are the Extras?/Where are my downloads?/Suggestions for the show" This list appears below the smallest font size text I have ever seen on an iPhone which states, "Which of the following best describes the issue you are having using this app?" Have you, honestly, ever looked at this ? It is absurdly small. It hardly matters however as none of the 4 items listed lead to anything when selected. The "Starred" icon in the main app screen does list the shows that I have downloaded but there is no greater description. All shows have the same MVxxx.mp3 title with a date of Monday, March 1, 2010 and they are all -undefined-. I consider this app, as it appears on my iPhone 4, to be a disaster and a total rip off of my $1.99. I would appreciate a refund at your earliest convenience. I don't understand how there is any advantage to buying your MacVoices app versus simply downloading the free, and described, shows from within iTunes. I can't believe that you have used, or even looked at, this app given the stupid Delete/Purge interface and minuscule font size issues. Thank you for your time, Hugh

Lots of Problems Lots of ProblemsLove the show content but app needs a lot of work. 1. It takes forever to load; 2. The shows often stop while playing and won't restart where they ended; and 3. You can't delete the shows you've already listened to on the interface. Please fix these issues and make it easier/better to use

Great shows when they load Great shows when they loadI'm a big fan of these podcasts, but I've loaded this app twice and the shows refuse to load. Worked once.
