Loan-U-Later

There are relatively few mortgage calculators available. This one is far and away the best. This allows you to specify any variable and calculate the effect of this on the final variable. I could not find any other app that offered this flexibility. For example, if you pay an extra $100 each month, by how much would you reduce the term of the mortgage? If the interest-rate lowers half percent, how much will that affect the monthly payment. Or alternately with the same payment how much will that reduce the term of the loan. All these things are calculable on this app. You don't need any other mortgage calculator aside from this one.

I've used this app on both the loan and investment side, it's been very useful. I actually am working on refinancing my mortgage and was able to cut through a lot of bs from the rep as I corrected some of her numbers before I let her continue the pitch. Great app.

Not flashy at all. But that is the beauty. You just enter all your variables except the one you want calculated and boom: you have your answer. It's nice to see the amortization table too. It helps you realize quickly how banks are able to build such nice building :-)

Just a simple calculator that does exactly what I need. It was also the only app I could find where you could input months rather than years for the term. No annoying ads or popups. Thanks for a great app!
