Excellent when it works Excellent when it worksFirst class when it works, but seriously unstable on my iPhone 5s. Every couple of days or so, when I run a saved search, the app crashes, and continues to do even after reinstalling, rendering it unusable. Then an hour or a day or a week later It starts to work again for no apparent reason

How to lose customers How to lose customers...take a perfectly good app and "improve" it so that customers can't use it. I can no longer apply for jobs by clicking "Apply with app" from an email. The app asks 13 questions the very first one of which will not accept a reply even though I am logged in and there is a searchable CV in my profile.

No good on iOS 8 No good on iOS 8Since upgrading to iOS 8. The program crashes whenever you try a search. This is on an iPhone 4s. It works fine on my iPad. Really needs an update
