Stopped working FIX IT!!!! Stopped working FIX IT!!!!

App worked fine and I actually placed some orders. Now it no longer works. App freezes after selecting a location. Not sure if a new version updated or what. Haven't programmers these days heard of TESTING apps before they are released?? There is also this concept of BETA release testing they seem to have lost the concept of as well.... Update- still not working. Tired of companies using cheap off shore programmers that can't even test an app. Before it goes in production. How do you stay in business when you can't even place a freak in order Now I cannot get past delivery date and times screen because no time selections propagate in the selection window. Produces error that time is required to continue order. Doh! Tried on different phones (5c and 6 plus) This used to work

The app is very slow and buggy. Also, my local store says they never have drivers available, but you don't know that until you make the order, which takes forever.

Awful Awful

The app has major delays. Keep hitting the submit because nothing happens and then you have 10 of the same item. Took 20 min to place my order then was told my time had to move because they need 45 min. App needs work and need to improve delivery time.

So regardless of the bad ratings I decided to give this app a chance and download it anyways just to check it out because I love Jason's Deli. I don't have a problem ordering through the phone, however I did think it would be much more convenient to order through an app IF the app actually worked. Why advertise the app on the Jason's website talking about earning "Deli Points" and this and that if the app can't even function to do the one thing it's supposed to do. Very disappointed!!!
