Studious flaskcard maker Studious flaskcard makerI was disappointed to discover that Studious would not allow me to dismiss bold type without it constantly coming back when trying to create flashcards. Also, center justify kept returning to left justify on the few occasions that the selection reacted at all to my pressing the selection button. Most of the time the command was simply ignored. It could be a good program if it followed through on what looks like logical commands.

Great app, but still needs work Great app, but still needs workI started with the lite version and was amazed! It works exactly how you would expect it to work. You can also draw graphs and pics to help with studying. A few problems that I would love to see fixed for future updates (and the reason I took off 2 stars) 1) There is no interface with your devices. I purchased the full version (no regrets on that purchase), but then I realized that I can only use it on the device on which I purchased it (my iPad). The price is not bad at all, but the whole purpose of using notecards is to be able to use them anywhere I go. I would like to create a card on my macbook, then have it synced to my iPhone and iPad for use at my convenience. When I make a physical notecard, I don't only use it when I'm at home. 2) This is similar to the previous problem, but once I purchase the full version, I should have it on all my devices. As stated previously, I would love it if I can study on my iPad when at home, then when I'm in line anywhere, I can pull out my phone and continue my studies. That's the sole purpose of using notecards! 3) Certain bug fixes. There have been a few times where I am making a long card, and suddenly, the screen blinks, and the app shuts down forcing me to lose my card completely. 4) Make the access to study option more easily accessible. I'm not too fond of having to click on quizzes, then study, then study only. There should be a study only button on the first screen. All in all, I think this is a great product and well worth the money. I would love to update my review and give it the full 5 stars it deserves when these issues are fixed. Pros: - Great ease of use for typing and drawing - Great way to save on notecards which can get lost or damaged - Best notecard app thus far Cons: - You can only work on the device on which you purchased the app - No interface within devices - Complex button searches - Bug issues with app shutdown forcing you to lose the card on which you are working. I feel this can be a great app! Keep up the good work!!

Waste of money Waste of moneyDo not buy this app. As a suggested app for my school, I expected this app to be up to par with other note-taking applications. How wrong I was. I am now stuck taking notes in this app. Some of the obvious faults of this app are as follow: -no spellcheck -troublesome Quizlet integration resulting in occasional crashes -strange "notebook" style note-taking which requires the arduous task of flipping slowly-loading pages one at a time to get to an older note, and a keyboard infuriatingly popping up in between page-turns -undo buttons that seldom do anything -constant crashes -slow, laggy, inefficient pen tool -font settings that reset to default every time a new page is opened -strange formatting standards that restrictively prevent a user from formatting text -poorly designed, ugly UI with a bounty of unessecary buttons -this application completely eschews button/symbol standards making utilizing this app difficult (for example, the editing features are a part of the exporting menu) As these ints have proven, this app is a mess for note-taking and should not be purchased. The flash card function seems less terrible, however, so I would suggest buying the flashcard app rather than this note-taking app.
