iNoRisk.Intl allows consultants or evaluators / auditors to create 3 different letterheads. That way, data for different customers can be recorded. It is furthermore possible to create up to 10 clients / client registrations, and – if necessary – to purchase as many additional clients within the app as needed.
Recording and forwarding the mandatory or basic documentations for risk assessments, instructions, inspections, specific audits and meetings is easy and straightforward. On principle, the entire documentation can be completed upon completion of a deadline, which saves a considerable amount of time for post-processing. Owing to the efficient and clear structure prepared topics are not forgotten, which consequently reduces the liability risk. Many accident insurance companies, for example, demand the respective records, which will not lead the companies or their managers and entrepreneurs to be liable for organizational negligence.
The rating of support for the evaluator serves as confirmation of the performance as a signed form. That allows a document to be generated on the iPad or iPhone, which is write-protected with the signature, and which then serves as proof for auditors and insurance companies, or can be used for invoicing.
