Must Have for Business Owners Must Have for Business OwnersAs a business owner, iCapture has been huge for gathering analytics on both current and potential customers. We are able to quickly and easily set up surveys to gain crucial information and build our customer profile. We have been using this app both internally, and as a resource for acquiring market info, for our marketing department. The custom surveys range from simple 2 question surveys, to surveys that are much more complex. Highly recommended.

Especially useful to me is their BIRTHDAY MONTH capture which enables me to gift my customers with a Birthday Coupon driving them to shop in my store. Try it...you'll love it!

I run a youth baseball training organization (BaseballASAP) and constantly capture individuals contact info to register for camps, clinics, lessons and coaches clinics...even interest lists. iCapture has eliminated the steps associated with manually collecting this vital information and has streamlined the process of follow ups send tracking. I can even have multiple devices collecting data using the same EZ forms I create at the iCapture website. Hands down...this app rocks and has and will continue to automate and improve my business!
