Elevate your game Elevate your gameThis app is a must have for BJJ players. Why is this app excellent? A few things; 1) it is organized really well, moving from position to position, it doesn't try to overload you with instruction. Brandon focuses on those little details you need in the position he is covering. 2) it has multiple angles which allows you to see the move from different perspectives so you can see everything going on. 3) after teaching you the move & talking through it, he shows you how it works, with some resistance from his partner. 4) Brandon is funny, and easy to understand. He does not try to over complicate things. I learned a few of these game-changers & could use them right away in a live drilling situation. I highly recommend this for beginners or journeymen BJJ practitioners who are looking for that little extra edge.

Change your game! Change your game!I have to admit, I feel a little bit bad for writing a less than a stellar review for the "big/strong 11" part of Steven Kesting's apps. Part of the reason for that less than stellar review is the fact that this app is really worth it! I picked this up on sale for half price, and for $10, this couldn't be beat. Lots of great information and things that have helped to improve my game immediately. I of course am still digesting much of the material, but what I have Inc. has been helpful. Lots of little things, that can make a big difference when you roll with a partner.

Kesting apps Kesting appsThis has probably been said in many ways by thousands of people ,but Stephan Kesting really is a great coach, the videos are clear and the techniques very effective. The entire series on dealing with bigger ,stronger opponents is a must have.It is a great topic and the effort Stephan puts into researching techniques and getting input from top Jiu Jitsu practitioners really shows. Thanks for all the hard work it has really help me.

Not Bad Not BadComing from a beginning bjj player these tips really help. my only complaint is the price to technique ratio... after purchasing Steven's other apps for <5$ each and absolutely loving the training style and breakdown i expected 2-4 times more content for the price... so if u have the $$$ to blow on some tweaks to step up your game, i say go for it. if you're looking to get the most bang for your buck look elsewhere.
