Had high hopes Had high hopesWas really hoping to use this app to inventory our home, but quickly realized it wasn’t going to happen. Rather than allow you to cache a bunch of info quickly into the app and then sync it to the desktop app, it maintains an open connection and tries to communicate in realtime. Even ten feet from my laptop I had constant dropped connections with the desktop app and when I did successfully enter something, it took a long time to sync, meaning you would need to have a LOT of patience if you were going to inventory many items. I’ll be going to regular photos I move over manually to the desktop app.

Great customer support! Great customer support!Had a problem with the Apps handling of the Security Sandbox and received an immediate answer from customer support that fixed the problem. Also love the program.

Useless UselessNext to impossible to establish connection with the computer. The fact you have to start remote on the computer side is flawed to start with but at least would be tolerable if it worked somewhat reliably. Sadly it does not.

Great Addition with some room for improvement Great Addition with some room for improvementThis app is really helpful. However it would be nice if you could collect data offline and sync it later. Sometimes I want to add new items and don't have my Mac much less the program running.
