Five Stars for Effort Five Stars for EffortIt's fantastic to have your helpdesk at your fingertips. It's an invaluable application if you use HappyFox. I would like to see the ability to create tickets in the future. I have seen a few bugs. I'm running iOS 6.1.4 on my iPhone 4S. Anytime I look at the extended customer information the app crashes.

Not that useful... Not that useful...This app is not that useful unless you only need to view tickets or reply. You cannot assign, change the status, etc. Assigning or closing a ticket on the go is just as important for me as replying and viewing one. I hope this app is updated soon!
