very cool logo, very uncomplicated little app

landcape mode is just splendid... and the portrait and landscape lock mode is a must for reading while lying down for the iphone and touch as they dont have a lock switch like the ipad.. :o) thanx again & GOD bliss' Jerry stef ps.: the search in is very well done and also handles more then one word. congrats a-gain... :-)

Well done Bible, can't wait to see upcoming versions

I purchased a copy of HANDiBIBLE the other day after looking through a number of other Bible applications. What drew me to HANDiBIBLE was the low price and the simple interface. It takes only moments to find a favorite passage using the scroll wheels, and HANDiBIBLE stores the Word inside your iPhone so you don't need an Internet connection. The author wants feature ideas; I'd love to see a NKJV translation for readability, and the ability to search for key phrases or words.

Not the best Not the best

I have had this application for over 6 months now and out of that there had only been 2 minor updates. This application unfortunatley does not support many things such as highlighting, different versions, or even daily bible readings over the year. I have finally found another bible Which is free and supports many versions - in particular new centuary version. Just search holy bible on the app store. And best of all it does get updated all the time and is supportive. Buy this if u want the king James version that you can just read without the extras. On a positive note this is well layer out.
