Useful, but missing features Useful, but missing featuresThis seems like a useful app, but even after not having used it in anger it feels very rough around the edges and is missing some features. When I put in my e-mail address and password it is very unlcear whether it has worked or not. By trial and error I discovered that it doesn’t support two factor authentication (surely a large number of people use this nowadays?) - I had to go and generate an application password. For an app that offers specific google integration, I’m really surprised - the OAuth2 integration isn’t rocket science. Also - I have multiple Google mail accounts and can’t see any way of configuring multiple instances in this tool. Serves a purpose, but doesn’t excel.

does not even login does not even loginBought this app. The app won’t even login to my account and does not throw any errors or explanations what went wrong. No explanations in user guide either.

Very handy little app Very handy little appThis is a very handy app that can intercept all mail sending commands and give you Gmail. There used to be a Google app called Gmail Notifier that did that, then they took that away. So now I don’t have to force quit Mail.app or whatever, when I accidentally launch a mailto: (such as via Safari). Apple screwed up Gmail with Mavericks and instead of fighting it, I have since just moved on to using Gmail via Web directly. One thing I’d like to see, thus 4 stars instead of 5, is that this app does not paste in the subject and URL of the Safari mail content for sending a link or sending a page. That was handy when I used Mail.app before. (Mail.app also serious slowed down my Mac, as does all such non-Web clients, so now my Mac is actually speedier; the cost of that is that offline access of mail is a hassle although you can use Gmail Offline via Chrome and maybe some lighter weight clients such as Airmail instead of Mail.app)
