Sprout Games & Videos

My daughter loves this app. However, on the iPad, it only rotates horizontally one way. The case we have is easier for her to hold the other way, but the app won't rotate. She watches the videos upside down instead. :(

My daughter was trying to play the videos and could not heard anything. So. Sad

My 4 year old loves this app, but recently the volume doesnt work on any of the videos! Please fix this.

My baby loves sprout. But, we are unable to get any sound, volume from app. I have checked my settings, and all technical settings on my IPad air. Nothing works have deleted and reinstalled. Nothing works, what can I do? Please fix. Still no volume. WHY.... WILL DELETE.

This app used to be my kids' favorite, but the sound no longer works on any videos. I deleted the app and reloaded it, but it didn't work. Please fix the sound. Thanks. With sound the app is a five star. Without it is a 1 generously. I gave it a three. I'll re-rate it five when it's fixed.
